I have practiced DBT and have taught Yoga and Meditation for 7 years and have practiced the Science of Yoga and Meditation for around 20 years. I believe the most important component in Counseling is first and foremost the Therapeutic Relationship. This will determine how effective and successful therapy will be for you.
