About Me

Peace, Light, and The Highest Vibrational Energy! My name is Stephanie Lee and I welcome you to Dharma Healing & Wellness (DHW), PLLC. In a nutshell, I am a Spiritual Woman, and I serve to be of the greatest assistance to others. My practice was built to be of service to women, all women, with a special interest in women of color, because I am a woman of color. DHW was manifested for all my strong, powerful female ancestors who fought for their physical and mental freedom, fought for understanding, and fought for their rights…. who operated under the term of perseverance in ways that I could never understand. I service in this position as a reminder of all the matriarchs in my family who suffered endlessly due the injustices against women, the lack of respect against women, and the lack of resources available to women. My pronouns are We and Us because I understand that there is no divide between us! Sprinkle that with excitement, empathy, encouragement, and compassion…. then you have the formula of just who Stephanie is.

Dharma Healing & Wellness is a Holistic Practice that utilizes an Integrative Approach to therapy. This integration includes person-centered therapy, spirituality, mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I operate with the knowledge that there is a connection between Mind, Body, & Spirit and I utilize the word ‘dharma’ which means ’life’s purpose’ as my mantra, which is why I created the business as Dharma Healing & Wellness.

Women of all ages are welcome including teens, adults, and the elderly. If you experience teen issues, matters of the heart (love), relationship problems, doubt and fear, deception, low self-worth, sexual trauma, promiscuity, anxiousness, future planning issues, confusion, lack of clarity and direction, and so much more, Dharma is here for you. Woman to woman, it is my ‘dharma’, my life’s purpose to be of assistance to you and as we connect you will also be of assistance to me because one hand does not dominate the other and there is truly no separation between us.

I am also a Spiritual Life Coach and a Relationship Coach who offers individual life coaching services not covered by insurance as well as individual meditations. I look forward to connecting with you and working through you.
